Directions for using Garden Iron
It is always recommended that you do a soil analysis to ensure the proper rate of application.
Lawns, Flowers & Vegetables:
Apply 3 1/2 pounds per 1,000 sq. ft. Follow the application with a deep thorough watering to activate Espoma Garden Iron and move it into the soil profile.
Potted Plants:
For 4-8 inch pots, apply 2 teaspoons and water thoroughly. For 8-12 inch pots, apply 4 teaspoons and water thoroughly.
Trees & Shrubs:
Sprinkle 1/2 to 1 cup of Espoma Garden Iron to the soil beneath the drip line of the tree or shrub.
