Q: My ageratum has small brown buds- are these spent flowers or is something drying out or is it a seasonal thing (mid August) they have been beautiful all summer but look like they are drying out
A: Those small brown "buds" are spent bloom. Dead head them ( cut them off) to encourage more blooms. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
