Question From: R. Schreck - West Bloomfield Township, Michigan, United States
Q: Nancy, I've had a terrible time with crab grass in my lawn and finally wiped it all out (in large areas) with Round-up. The problem in 2013 was that weeds grew back faster than the Kentucky Blue I seeded for most of the spring and summer. The only successful grass I planted last year was in August. Do I have to wait for fall again, or can I plant in spring and develop a lawn before the unwanted plants germinate?
A: Reseed in spring. I will be writing about spring reseeding - am researching seed and other stuff now. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
