Q: Cherry Laurel branches are covered with a white powdery substance. I can't find any reference to this condition. I would like to know it can be treated to save the plant and the surrounding Laurels. If it needs to be removed, can the plant's surround soil be treated or will it have to be replaced? Thank you very much for your help.
