Q: I have a white foam substance running out of my Fantancy Crape Myrtles also a Nachez. The substance is hard on the tree. I have just noticed this and have 7 trees affected. Do you have any idea what this is and how to treat it? I love my trees and don't want to loose them! The substance is on the trunk and limbs of the trees. Thanks!

Don't take chances with your beloved trees Sue. Hire a tree doctor - a certified arborist to do an onsite inspection. Often times one problem will mask another. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy.
