Q: how soon can I plant mustard green seeds in my pots outside?
A: Sow mustard seeds 1/4 to 1/2 inch deep in the prepared soil, six to eight inches apart. As long as the soil temperature is at least 40 degrees Fahrenheit, mustard seeds will germinate.
