Q: How do I get rid of the black spots on my climbing rose?
A: Margie, you can't get rid of it, but you can prevent it spreading to new leaves. Spraying with a fungicide every two weeks, making sure to hit the undersides of the leaves, will do the job. I prefer a product called Actinovate. It's OMRI listed and safe for the environment. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
