Question From: L. Barclay - Sterling, Alaska, United States
Q: I saved some seeds from my Eastern Pasque Flower Plant. Please advise how and when these seeds should be planted. Thanks.
A: Pasque flower is sown when the seed is ripe. It is best sown in situ as it dislikes disturbance. It does best in lean well drained soil. You will need to give it 6 weeks of cold stratification and then plant it in pots or flats. Google how to grow Pasque flower from seed for further information. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy.
