Question From: A. Hedlund - Canton, Michigan, United States
Q: More of a comment: larkspur reseeding is just the best thing in my garden. It seeds itself where ever and creates a soft pastel glow of white, blue, and pink over otherwise bare areas. My friends always wanted some and I gave them seeds. They had no luck because they didn't recognize the early foliage and didn't believe that scattering the seed in the fall, really worked! Mine are in a cloud of full bloom and give me joy. I have been harvesting them in the late summer by cutting a huge bunch and throwing it on a tarp and shaking loose the seeds--easy! Pixie
A: I am with you on this one Pixie. And yes, the secret to success is fall sowing. Best Nancy
