Q: i have ground ivy w/purple flower ruffled leaves how best to kill it..

Use a liquid broad leaf herbicide listed for use on ground ivy such as Bonide Weed Beater Ultra. Best to do it when in flower or in fall. It may take two applications. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy.
