Question From: OREGON
Q: Best method to stake shasta daisys
A: Google "how to stake plants" and you will find many videos that show various methods. Metal stakes and supports are available at garden centers, however once plants flop propping them up looks ungainly. When plants are beaten down by rain I immediately prop them up with inverted rakes until they dry out and then remove them and that usually works. Flopping can also be caused by excessive fertilizing. A bit of compost in spring is all they need. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy.
