Q: why is my ivy producing sap everywhere, leaves stem and getting on everythingh. It is located in the house
A: Irene, I think what you are seeing is honey dew from aphids that are on the ivy. Spraying the ivy with a spinosad product, such a Bonide's Capt. Jack's Dead Bug Brew, will rid the plants of the aphids. Be sure to spray the backs of the leaves and the stems. Best Nancy.
