Insecticide For Striped Cucumber Beetle

Q: Does Spinosad insecticide work on the striped cucumber beetle which is infecting my cucumber plants? If not, what would you recommend. Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.

A: Either spinosad or AzaMax (azidiractin) will work. AzaMax is OMRI listed and certified for use on organic gardens. Spray either as Sun up or Sundown so as not to hit bees or other beneficials. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
