Q: Hi Nancy, I am going to try a soaker hose for my roses. I do not have much distance from my spigot to my first plant. I am just wondering if it makes any difference if I attach the soaker to my 50 foot garden hose or do I need to purchase a much small garden hose so the water can travel faster. Thank You for your help!
A: Your best bet is to buy a short piece of hose or buy one at a yard sale and adapt it. You can find repair parts at a good Hardware store. Best Nancy
