Question From: New York, New York, United States
Q: RE: PACHASANDRA FAN. I love Pachysandra as I am trying to make a yard in Suffolk County look great & disinterest the deer that ate hydrangeas down to nubs & the Village people won't cull the heard. I landed in NY Hosp 2 yrs ago w. Bab-eiosis (sp?) tick disease last year (another of those diseases deer and mice carry) that laid me up for quite a while - so I've become a leery gardener now. The pachasandra I've been trying to spread for 3 years seems happy now, bloomed a lot last Spring, & bore 2 white berries this fall. I would be pleased to know if it could be 'native' NYS Allegheny Spurge.
