Q: Can you tell me if there is any benefit fo mulching leaves into the grass. Also, in late August we get mushrooms growing in our lawn. The mushrooms appear about 10 -15 ft. from the woods at the rear of our lot in Canton, MI

Albert, Shredded leaves are the best source of organic material for the lawn, so mow away. The mushrooms do no harm. Mow them down too. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
