Question From: A. Friedman - Chesterfield, Missouri, United States
Q: My 18 year old kousa dogwood has leaves that are first turning yellow and then red. Then the red leaves fall off and the entire branch dies. It does face the western sun but has had no problems with that all these years. I am afraid I am going to lose the entire tree. What can I do to stop it? Thanks
A: Amy, Tomorrow call a certified arborist in your area and get an onsite inspection. A bad guess about a tree sight unseen could cost you your tree. Please make that call to a trained tree doctor. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
