Q: I live near the coast on the Florida Panhandle. My mature magnolia is far above my one story roof peak. There are no spent flowers falling. Instead, flower buds the size of pears, litter the ground. The leafs have black and white spots. And the trunks ( there are three trunks) have a slight crack or crease between them. Can you tell me what these indicate and how to treat.
