Q: Every spring my magnolia trees have leaves that turn brown. The tree finally begins to look good again about June. We have not had a cold winter in a couple of years. I read somewhere that there was an insect that infests the tree and could be controlled by spraying the tree with something ( neem oil ?). What do you recommend. I live in Nashville,TN
