Question From: J. Warren - Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Q: Hi Nancy, I am having trouble with my marigolds this year. They seem to be wilting quite a bit, but I know they are not thirsty as we have had a few days of rain. Is it possible they are over watered? I have noticed a few other plants have brown tips, which I know can also be a sign of overwatering. These plants are all in garden beds, in zone 4 Canada. What can I do? Thank you so much for your help!
A: Pull a plant and check the root ball. The roots balls will be rotting if too much water is an issue. You cannot fight mother nature , so let nature take its course. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
