Q: Why is new growth on delta jazz green and not burgundy?
A: I can't answer that one Kay as we cannot grow crepe myrtle in Michigan and I have not experience with it. Take samples and photos to your independent garden center or nursery that sells these plants for an accurate ID and control. Best and Happy Yardening, Nancy
