Q: My landscaper just put in three new viburnum plants and they are super small with no leaves. Is that normal? Thank you.
A: What condition are the shrubs in your area and local garden centers? If they are all leafed out and your new ones are leafless I would be concerned. Size depends on varieties and what you agreed to spend on them. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
