Q: HI NANCY,looks like spider mites have taken over my garden phlox.all the leaves are curling and are turning yellow.under the leaves look like spider webs.so now what do I do,if I cut them to the ground will they grow new ones thanks Chris
A: You can cut them back to half. They will flower a bit later. I'd spray them with a strong stream of water. A product called AzaMax is non-toxic and does a good job on spider mites. Be sure to spray the undersides of the leaves. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
