Q: I put Preen on the soil in the spring time, and rootkiller on the weeds now and nothing has killed them. They are out of control. Can you help? Doris
A: Take photos of the area and close-ups of the weeds to an independent garden center for an accurate Id and method of control without damaging surrounding plants. Preen will not kill perennial weeds. If you live near and English Gardens, they have a good diagnostic center. Best Nancy and Happy Gardening
