Question From: G. Everett - Baton Rouge, Louisiana, United States
Q: My Red Salvia flowers are turning pale as though they are bleached. Should I remove all the dead looking flowers? Do they need to have dry soil or moist? We have had a lot of rain. Would this cause the plant to look like this?
A: Cut off the faded blooms and new blooms will form. Salvia likes moist soil but not sodden soil. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
