Q: Hi there; my rosemary plant has a white thick substance all over it. It's not foamy, almost like white glue. Any ideas? Thank you for your help!!
A: Your rosemary has a bad case of fungal disease called powdery mildew. I'd give it a good shower and then spray it with an OMRI listed Neem oil . Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
