Question From: G. Hobbing - Charlotte, North Carolina, United States
Q: The blooms on my new royal geranium are getting white spots. What can I do?
A: If just the petals are spotted your plant could be suffering from fertilizer burn. If you use a liquid fertilizer, apply it to just the surface of the soil. Also, be sure to follow the directions on the package and measure carefully. Chemical fertilizers are high in salts and can burn tender flowers and foliage. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
