Q: I have a Salix Ca Pendula, it is at least 7 years old. The top is full but the trunk is not growing. Is there anything I can do for this tree?
A: I believe the tree is grafted at the top of the trunk and it will not grow any taller. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
