Question From: A. Adcock - Wake Forest, North Carolina, United States
Q: I just bought a Don Juan climbing rose and would like to know if I can plant it in a large container that is close to my trellis or would it be best to plant it in the ground. I live in Wake Forest,NC . Thank you, Anita
A: Overwintering in a container and watering are the issues. For a climber, I would plant it in the ground. Plant a couple of inches deeper than it is in the container. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
