Question From: A. Martin - Baldwin, New York, United States
Q: I have and have had about 4 or 5 sweet autumn clamatis which I love for their gorgeous scent but when they bloomed there was no scent. Is it my soil? No one else who has them has this problem, help. And thx.
A: I don't have a good answer for you. My only thought is over fertilizing. Were they in bloom and fragrant when you bought them? Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
Comment: I have never fertilized them as they are sooooo hardy. They weren't bought in bloom. Thx.
Response: My next guess is lack of sun. They will not bloom in the shade. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
