Q: I live in the California Bay area. I am growing swiss chard in raised garden box with other mixed greens. I planted the chard 3 wks ago bought from a nursery. The plants are about four inches they were healthy until this past week. The wilted and dark in color with very healthy leaves. Not sure what to do...I checked books and searched online for plant information. Any ideas
A: Margie. I garden in another world, Michigan. I suggest you take a sample to your local independent garden center for an Id. If you have fertilized and watered them daily, that could be part of the problem. You may need to start all over again. Best Nancy
