Q: Last year I put newspapers and hay/straw around my vegetables. Worked so well. This year do I turn that under or put it in a compost bin or something else? thanks so much.
A: You can leave it in place and add another layer if needed. The less you disturb the soil the fewer weeds you will have. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
