Question From: P. Ormiston - NORTH CAROLINA
Q: I have a clematis I want to move to another location. When is the best time to transplant and how would I do it?
A:
I would wait till the end of October. Plant it about 2 inches below the original soil level. I would also amend the soil with good quality compost. Also be sure to keep the newly planted transplant well watered. Best Nancy
