Q: 3/13/14 Q: in reading about fertilizing hostas in the fall on this website, it was mentioned that Marc Whitefield of Bloomfield Hills uses Turf Nurture. I did purchase this through K-Mart on-line and fertilized (as mentioned) last fall. Prior to last fall, I always put down Osmocote 14-14-14 around each hosta in the Spring when they were just emerging. Should I continue to use the 14-14-14 or discontinue now that I applied Turf Nuture last fall?
