Q: What can I do to treat white stuff on leaves of pussy willow tree?
A: My guess is you have powdery mildew. Take a sample of the leaves in to your independent garden center for a an accurate ID and fungal control. There is nothing that will remover the white powder, however. so wait to treat it next spring. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
