Question From: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States
Q: The middle one of my three Daphnes odorosa is wilting whereas the other two are thriving. Are the two outside ones killing the middle one or is there another reason why the middle one is on death's door? I have watered and fertilized all three equally and there is enough room for all.
A: Daphnes are lovely shrubs, but they can be temperamental in they may thrive for several years, give or take, and then suddenly die for no apparent reason. If yours were well established, I would chalk the loss up to Mother Nature. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy. apparent
