Question From: j. lagaly - OKLAHOMA
Q: i currently have a large cherry laurel (20ft tall or so) right next to the house and i am concerned that it may damage the foundation over time should i remove the tree or will it be ok
A:
This plant is grown both as a shrub and tree and is often used as foundation plant along walkways, around building and walls. It is not known to damage foundations. At a distance of 20 feet you should have no problems. Best and Happy Yardening, Nancy
