Question From: MICHIGAN
Q: Something ate the top of my tomato plant which had flowers on it. It is now only about 6” tall. I’m not certain if it a determinate or indeterminate variety. Will it continue to grow or do I need to buy another plant. I’ve heard that once a plant has been topped, it won’t grow any taller but just get bushier. Thank you!
A: The plant will continue to grow and get taller. You must know the variety to determine whether it is indeterminate or determinate. Best and Happy Yardening, Nancy
