Question From: Holly Springs, North Carolina, United States
Q: The petals on my zinnia blooms are disappearing. Is something consuming them or are they just falling off? Is there a way to stop this? Thank you.
A: I read somewhere that finches will feed on zinnia petals. Earwigs are another culprit. The earwigs come out at night, so get out your flashlight and check out the flowers after the sun goes down. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
